Here's a beautiful and convenient way you can expand your countertop and food prep space by almost 3-1/2 square feet! You know that every bit of galley counter space is EXTREMELY VALUABLE.
Our hardwood Cooktop Cover has been specifically designed to protect your stainless steel lid from scratches and other damage. It simply spans the lid, never touching it. Four small feet lift the cover and rest on the countertop, and feature soft anti-skid pads to reduce sliding.
For your unique artisan-crafted cover, choose from:
• Mixed Hardwoods; we'll choose several species from ash, cherry, hard white maple, walnut and other domestic/exotic species like ambrosia maple, beech, hickory, purpleheart, sycamore, yellowheart and others
OR
• Walnut & Maple Stripes, featuring gorgeous alternating, graduated stripes with great contrast
Since variations in color and grain are part of the natural beauty of wood, your cover will be truly one-of-a-kind (and will vary from the photos).
Approx. 24.5" wide x 20" deep x 3.25" high.
To ensure proper fit, please measure the flat area on your foldable stainless lid, between the tapered sides. It should measure approx. 16" wide x 15" deep.
NOTE: We also offer a Cooktop Cover for Airstream Flying Clouds and Internationals that simply rests on the stainless steel lid.
These are made to order, and the current lead time is 3 to 4 weeks. We usually ship via UPS Ground, and we'll send the tracking no. to you as soon as it's available.
Finished with a hand-rubbed, food-safe mineral oil and beeswax mixture (available here). Just clean with soapy water, rinse and dry. Do not place in a dishwasher. Care instructions are included.
