Airstream Bambi Sink Cover, Wood, For One Bowl of 27" x 16" Double Sinks

If you own an Airstream Bambi with a double sink, you'll find this Sink Cover is the perfect Airstream decor accessory.

As Airstream owners ourselves, we know that every bit of galley counter space is SO VALUABLE. Here's a beautiful and convenient way you can expand your work space by 216 square inches.

Our sink cover has been specifically designed to fit one of the bowls on the 27" wide x 16" front-to-back double stainless steel sinks on these Bambi's. (Measurements are to the outside of sink lip, or flange.) Nicely rounded corners coordinate with the sink design.

Your unique, handcrafted cover will feature beautiful light maple hardwood laminated with dark walnut strips for contrast.

The combination cover and food prep board covers either the left or right bowl of the sink and allows use of the faucet and scraping food scraps into the open bowl. Plus, it's much more beautiful, sanitary and knife-friendly than the plastic sink covers provided as standard equipment.

Polyurethane feet, fastened with stainless steel screws, locate the cover inside the sink bowl. The feet also protect your countertop or table when it's used on its own as a charcuterie or serving tray.

Since variations in color and grain are part of the natural beauty of wood, your cover will be truly one-of-a-kind. Knots, spaltings (unusual wood colorations) and swirls may be present and just add to the handcrafted look.

Covers are approximately 13-1/2″ x 16″ x 5/8" to 3/4" thick, and are finished with a hand-rubbed, food-safe mineral oil and beeswax mixture. Just wipe off with soapy water, rinse and dry. Not for use in dishwashers. Care instructions are included.

Note: Do not leave wood covers installed on the sink for long periods of time, as the moisture from the sink drain and lack of airflow may cause them to warp or mold/mildew to grow underneath.
